Privacy & Order Information at BRAHVI

Information Needed for Your Order

We use the customer information necessary to process, confirm and deliver orders: name, contact information, shipping address, order number, items, sizes and quantities, payment method and payment confirmation, advance actually received, remaining balance and order and delivery status.

Customised Kameez Shalwar

When you request custom tailoring, we receive the garment measurements, fitting notes and design options you provide. We use these to confirm a quotation, stitch and check the garment, arrange delivery, resolve concerns and maintain essential order records.

Sharing and Website Technology

We share necessary order information with authorised production, courier, payment and technical service providers where required to complete your order or operate the store. BRAHVI does not sell customers' custom measurement records. Our manual business register is primarily for orders and payment terms. Shopify and enabled website services may separately use cookies and device or usage information for security, checkout and any activated services, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
