When will my order arrive?
Standard delivery: 4–7 working days after order confirmation in eligible delivery areas.
What are delivery and COD charges?
Merchandise subtotal of Rs 6,500 or less: one Rs 300 delivery/COD charge per order.
Orders above Rs 6,500 receive free nationwide delivery and free COD.
What is the BRAHVI return and exchange policy?
Request an eligible ready-to-wear return within 7 calendar days of delivery. For size, style or change-of-mind requests, approved returns are exchanged for another available BRAHVI product; cash refunds are not offered.
The garment must be unworn except for a careful size check, unwashed and unaltered, with tags and packaging where available. Defective or incorrect goods are reviewed separately in accordance with applicable consumer rights. Full policy.
Can I request a custom size?
